Exear, founded in 2007, is dedicated to the development and management of real estate projects. Exear team has participated in residential and commercial real estate (office buildings and shopping centers) projects.

Exear provides management services in all the stages of real estate development: land search, zoning, project definition, legal structure, incorporation of investors, project funding and financing, administration and supervision of accounting, tax planning and financing as well as construction management. Exear also participates in the product definition and sales coordination.

In most cases this services are provided to projects in which Exear shareholders participate in the investment at least in a minority stake.
